There is plenty of guff on the internet about Workplace Wellness, Corporate Wellness, Health and Well-being programs and so on and so forth…… Some popular components of a Wellness Program include gym memberships for staff, stop smoking flyers, team building activities, nutritious snacks in the lunch room etc. etc. etc.

Whatever it is, maybe we have forgotten to ask WHY do we need a Wellness Programs and WHAT do we do next?  Also, WHAT EXACTLY is our obligation to our workers under the state legislation we operate under?

Do you believe that you need a Wellness Program in your workplace?  If you have high absenteeism, high turnover of staff, low productivity or low morale among staff, then you should be answering YES to this question.

What can we do to help?

Work Rehab is comprised of health professionals from all facets of the health industry and who specialise in corporate health as well as mental health.  We can ask you a few questions to help you on your way to Reduced absenteeism, retaining good staff, increased productivity and a workplace culture that will be the envy of all workplaces.  We can help you become an Employer of Choice and also tick that elusive box of Employer Obligation.

How does it work?

Call us to set up a meeting.  It should only take an hour at the most and is free of charge. We will send you some questionnaires to begin with and then work through those together when we meet.   At the end of the meeting you should know whether you want to proceed with our help or not.  If you do, we will notify you of the total costs of your Workplace Wellness plan which is between $990 and $1980 (depending on the requirement).  After the meeting we will prepare a detailed outline for the development of your Wellness Program which your company will own.

We meet you again to go through your Program and assist with it’s implementation.   We will also set up some outcome measures so that you can measure the success of your plan and also report on it to meet your legislative requirements. After our final visit (approximately 6 weeks after the initial visit) you will then receive a final invoice again between $990 and $1980.

And that is it!  Your Workplace Wellness program, done and dusted in 6 weeks and in place for 12 months.
